There is also a new version of the Briffidi Paddle Matching spreadsheet with HSI. You can use the spreadsheet to predict the results of adding mass at different locations. To edit the spreadsheet, you must make your own copy with [File->Make a copy]. There are comments in several cells that offer explanations. By default, the “0 cm in 100 ms” motion is used, but you can edit those values on the Constants tab. Note that the distance and duration are halved, so for the “40 cm in 154 ms” motion, enter 20 cm and 0.077 s.
