To use it, fill out the form and enter the HS Code “9506.99.3000” instead of a product description. Include your shipping cost, which is available on the shopping cart page. Just received my briffidi one,
I live in belgium and FedEx asked me 75EUR (21% VAT, Import, clearance fee) in customs fees so with the initial delivery cost of 25$ it sums up to approximately 100EUR for total delivery costs. Quite a lot (basically 1/3 of the total amount I payed) but still way cheaper than any other swingweight machine… I think it would be great if in the checkout section there was a message speaking about the customs fees with the link to the duty and tax estimator for transparency on the real total amount people will pay.
Kinds regards
Nicolas
Thanks for the details, Nicolas. I like your idea about adding info to the checkout page. I’ll see what I can do.
Actually, I already had a link to the Shipping and Return policy pages right above the “Place Order” button. I added “For international orders, you will be responsible for all import charges (duty, VAT, clearance fee, etc.).”
how much is cost to ship to Brasil?
Márcio, you can add item(s) to the shopping cart and enter your location on the cart page to see shipping options with prices.
Hi!
any idea how much is cost to ship to Chile?
You should be able to add product(s) to your cart, enter your location, and see shipping options.
Hi.
The cost of shipping to europe plus the import taxes and duty is quite significant. You should really get an european partner that can print this out and ship in europe.
Thanks for the comment. The biggest cost is VAT, and that wouldn’t change. The SW1 is assembled with several printed components, but there’s a good bit of assembly and measurement that goes into each one. Ultimately, the cost to the customer would be higher.
Hello guys, I really like your products, especially SW1 and I would like to buy it, but living in Europe (Spain) we are talking about 400€ each (fees, duty, VAT, etc included).
Do you plan to have any distributor in Europe to make things simple?
Thank you.
Alejandro.
Hi Brian, I’m very excited about your tools, which I became aware of because of Tennis Spin. I am always fiddling arround with my rackets trying to tune them to the beat poasible racket. In oder to take all neede measurments at home or even on the court, while playing I would love to order the swing weight and the balance machine. How much are they based on shipment to Europe, Germany. And do you by chance know the import duty I would have to pay here.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Sebastian
Hi, Sebastian. You can add items to the cart and enter your location to see shipping options and prices. The SimplyDuty link above should give you a good estimate for duty and VAT. The carrier clearance fee varies by country and carrier service, so you’ll need to research that with the carrier you plan to use.
Fascinating, how much will it cost to ship it to the UK ? Tax + delivery charges
Thank you very much Ruben
Ruben, shipping options with cost are visible after you add an SW1 to your cart and enter your location. When it arrives at customs, you’ll be contacted to pay VAT, duty, and a clearance fee. For the UK, I believe that VAT is 20% of the price plus shipping. Duty is minimal (around £5). Another UK customer reported a clearance fee of £12 for a USPS shipment (delivered by Parcel Force?). I hope that helps.
